Complaints & Customer Service

Clients of Iqana Technologies, S.L.U. have the right to submit complaints and claims regarding the crypto-asset services they have contracted, free of charge. Iqana maintains a complaints-management procedure designed to ensure that every complaint is handled promptly, fairly and consistently, in accordance with Regulation EU 2023/1114 (MiCA).

How to file a complaint

Complaints may be submitted in writing by email to csd@iqana.io, indicating the client’s identification details, the service concerned and a description of the facts giving rise to the complaint. Iqana will acknowledge receipt and respond within the timeframes established in its complaints-management policy.

If you consider that your complaint has not been resolved satisfactorily, you may address the Investor Assistance Office of the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV), Calle Edison 4, 28006 Madrid.
